Our company is always willing to assist with Community Programs and Donations for sustainable
development of the Steelpan and the people who represent it.
Some other Community Programs that have benefited from Panland Trinidad and Tobago Limited
are:-
- Gifted Blacks Community Group - Donations and helps for this Laventille-based community group, headed by longstanding Panland employee, Stephen Aaron.
- Ms. Big & Beautiful – Ms. Adina Pollard Simon entered the “Talent Category Compettition in Tortuga”. A Loan of a Tenor Pan Package was granted to her in 2006.
- Trinidad & Tobago Cancer Society – Donation of One (1) Powder Coated Tenor Pan was auctioned at a Fashion/Auction Tea Fund Raiser in October 2007.
- Complimentary Plant Tours: offered to Local Schools and Vacation Camps.
- Exchange School Program As part of an exchange program by St. George’s College Barataria to Spain – A Panland Mini C Pan Package was donated to a Norwegian School – “Costa Blanca Skole” in March 2009.
