Joseph Niles has been the Operations Manager of Panland since 1995. A valued asset to the company, Mr. Niles boasts 40 years experience in Manufacturing and Operations Management, including 16 years experience in specialized pan manufacture.

Joseph is an active sports enthusiast regularly participating in long distance running locally.
